Sangram has two training sessions every day. One session is focused on stretching, mobility, and light cardio work. The second session, which is done later in the day, consists of weight training. His first session of cardio and stretching is done right sometime after he wakes up, around 8-9 am, the second session is directly late in the evening between 6-9 pm.
The following is Sangram Chougule’s entire workout plan, as mentioned by him in his workout series.

Sangram’s Training Technique:
Sangram Chougule follows an advanced Push/Pull/Legs workout split, customized according to his professional requirements and needs. Push days include training the chest, shoulder, and triceps. Pull days include training the Back and Biceps. Leg days include training the entire lower body muscles.
Sangram uses the basic technique of doing more sets for bigger muscle groups. For example: If he’s training his chest, shoulders, and triceps muscles, he deliberately focuses more on the bigger muscle groups. For chest, he’ll do 4 different variations. For shoulders, three different variations. For triceps, two different variations.
