Siddhant Rai has two training sessions every day. One session is focused on stretching, mobility, and light cardio work. The second session, which is done later in the day, consists of weight training. His first session of cardio and stretching is done right sometime after he wakes up, around 9-10 am, the second session is directly late at night, around 7-8 pm.

Sidhhant Rai’s workout plan is an advanced push-pull-legs split [4] [5]. Push days include training the chest, shoulder, and triceps. Pull days include training the Back and Biceps. Leg days include training the entire lower body muscles.
